Miss Leanne Bowden
(She/Her/Hers)
VTCT level 3 Reflexologist, ITEC level 3 Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist
Leanne has had an interest in holistic treatments that support the body and mind since she was a teenager. She used reflexology to help her through the stresses of exams and sickness at the age of 15 and was amazed by the way in which it supported her.
After receiving a Media Communications degree in Bath, she realised that the corporate world was not for her and that supporting the health of others was more motivational, so she followed her interest in Reflexology and qualified with a VTCT: World Class Qualifications Reflexology Diploma in 2011. Since then she has developed a particular interest in the impact that both physical and emotional stress have on the body.
She has also trained at the prestigious sports university, St Mary’s, Twickenham in body massage and sports massage. Then also broadened her skills by training in trigger point therapy, cupping, pregnancy massage and hot/cold stone massage to enable her to tailor treatments to the individual based on their needs.

Ms Lucy Chapman
(She/Her/Hers)
MCThA, ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage and Reflexology
Lucy first became interested in Complementary/Holistic Therapies in her early twenties when she completed the ITEC level 3 Diploma in Swedish Massage and Anatomy and Physiology in 1998. Lucy practiced as a Massage Therapist for a few years when her daughter was small and loved it. Unfortunately, due to a change in personal circumstances and the added pressure of becoming a single parent, she decided to embark on a career in education for more financial stability. However, Lucy never really lost her passion for Holistic and Complementary Health Therapies and still made time to offer treatments friends and family, attending various CPD courses over the years to keep up to date with any changes in the Complementary Therapy World. After being made redundant from her ‘career’ in education after 14 long years, perimenopause hit Lucy hard, feelings of anxiety and depression, constantly feeling tearful and tired, all resulted in lost confidence and self-esteem. It was during this period of sleepless nights and never-ending anxiety that she reignited her love for complementary therapies and treatments again. Her passion to practice as a Professional Therapist came back with a huge bang; she wanted to help people, particularly women, to feel better. Lucy decided to requalify and update her skills and start practicing again as a Professional Therapist. Lucy also took additional Level 3 training in Reflexology, and Advanced Facial Reflexology, with a focus on ‘Wellbeing for Menopausal Women’. Lucy is a fully registered member of the CThA (complementary Therapists Association) and is delighted to be here and very happy to be back doing what she loves and gives her purpose. It is Lucy’s belief that we cannot live a happy and meaningful life if we are disconnected and fragmented physically and mentally; that it is so important to look at all of the elements of our health simultaneously. Lucy uses massage, acupressure and Reflexology to provide support with- Physical health: body aches, chronic pain, tension, fatigue. Emotional health: feelings such as anger, sadness, or worry. Mental health: depression, anxiety and stress, insomnia
